WATERING SEEDED LAWNSStart watering IMMEDIATELY after seeding. Seed should be kept moist. Avoid over watering, which promotes puddles and erosion. No herbicide (weed killer) should be used until seed is established (usually after 3-4 mowings).

C.B. Conlin News
January 2011
On January 17th, Barry and Carter attended the Mid-America Horticultural Trade Show in Chicago for the week. As we are always trying to keep up on the latest innovations, they attended several design seminars such as "Dynamic Design, The Formal Garden, Quick-Fire graphics, and Sustainable Landscape Construction."
All of the classes were taught by some of the best designers in the industry and several useful tips were given in order to serve our clients with additional design knowledge. This year the event was held at Navy Pier and had businesses showing off their newest products from shovels and hand tools all the way up to the larger tractors and equipment. In contrast to last year, the mood and atmosphere was very optimistic with most companies having a successful 2010.
